Fern Creek Builders, a Design/Build firm, understands that building a home is stressful in itself; building a home from a distance is truly daunting!

The team at Fern Creek Builders partners with you, the client, to build a dream home that reflects your family's requirements, interest and design. We collaborate with excellent architects, plumbers, electricians, excavators, and realtors, from permits to possession.

We contract on a Fixed Price basis, preventing any budget surprises at the completion of your home. However, we have the flexibility to provide desired changes by you, the client, through a change order process, with the final cost being known throughout the project. This process of contracting puts any budget risk on the homebuilding company, not the client.

Chuck Hall, owner and Licensed General Contractor, is on site, for all projects, every day, making sure all work is within code and beyond. The total hands on commitment to the client results in a six to ten months completion, from permits to closing.
