We are really happy with the way this new plan turned out. This is our new Sycamore design. The main floor is the same layout as the Sassafras but the two secondary bedrooms and baths are upstairs instead of on the lower level. There is a spacious open loft on the upper level.

New project in Burlingame

We have started a new custom home. This will be our Sassafras plan with a full basement. This lot has over 200' of river frontage on the Horsepasture river.

Ceilings are painted and the walls are primed in Eagle Ridge. We will start the interior trim tomorrow.

Construction on this new home is moving well. We will install the trim, hardwood floors, and cabinets over the next few weeks.
